How long does delivery take?

After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

1-2 business days within Auckland,
3-4 business days elsewhere in New Zealand, and
7-10 business days to Australia.

These are estimates, so please allow extra time during busy periods.

International shipping is currently unavailable from Samoa.

Always follow the care label on your garment, as instructions vary by fabric and style.

Can I change my order or delivery address?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the requested change. Changes may not be possible once your order has been dispatched.

Can I exchange my purchase?

In order to receive an exchange, we would need the following.

In-store purchases: 

• Original Receipt
• All tags and original packaging are still attached
• Products must be in new condition - NO wear & tear.

Online Purchases: 

• Order number/ order confirmation email
• All tags and original packaging are still attached
• Products must be in new condition - NO wear & tear.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including shipping of exchanged items back to you.

Do you offer refunds if I change my mind?

We ask that you please make sure you are happy with your  purchase as we do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind.

We are more than happy to facilitate an exchange (please see exchange policy above) or store credit that can be used at a later time.

What if my item is faulty, damaged or incorrect?

Please contact online@ecarruthers.com with your order number and details of the issue. Including photos can help us assess it. We’ll work with you to arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your consumer rights.

Do you offer exclusive customized elei for work or family reunions?

This will be reviewed on a case by case basis, as it takes at least 3 months for customized elei fabric and a further 3 months for sewing. It will depend on when it is required, what styles required and total quantities.

In saying that we are experienced in supplying customized elei uniforms and have done so in the last 10 years.
