Frequently Asked Questions
1. Can items on evenipacific.com (main store website) be shipped overseas?
In the current climate, this is not possible. Eventually the evenipacific.co.nz (NZ and Aus store website) will have the full stock range to order from and have the capacity to ship worldwide.
2. How long does it take to deliver within NZ?

We post via Air Courier which usually takes 7 to 10 business days from time order has been shipped. Please make sure to allow for this when placing your order.
4. Exchange Policy
As long as the tags are still attached and there is no wear and tear to the item, we are happy to exchange. Please note that customers would have to pay for the original to be returned and for the exchanged item to shipped to its address.

5. Refund Policy
We ask that you please make sure you are happy with your online purchase as we do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind. If you are unsure of your purchase please feel free to email lauren@eveni.co.nz BEFORE you make your purchase.
