Frequently Asked Questions
1. Can items on evenipacific.com (Apia main store website) be shipped overseas?
In the current climate, this is not possible. Eventually the evenipacific.co.nz (NZ and Aus store website) will have the full stock range to order from and have the capacity to ship worldwide.
2. How long does it take to deliver within NZ?

We post via Air Courier which usually takes 7 to 10 business days from time order has been shipped. Please make sure to allow for this when placing your order.
4. Exchange Policy
In order to receive an exchange, we would need the following.
In-store purchases:
- Original Receipt.
- All tags and original packaging are still attached
- Products must be in new condition - NO wear & tear.
Online Purchases:
- Order number/ order confirmation email
- All tags and original packaging are still attached
- Products must be in new condition - NO wear & tear.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including shipping of exchanged item back to you.

5. Refund Policy
We ask that you please make sure you are happy with your purchase as we do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind.
We are more than happy to facilitate an exchange (please see exchange policy above) or store credit that can be used at a later time.
